STAINLESS STEEL BASKETS:
The mesh basket is essential in the cleaning operation in keeping the items away from the bottom and sides of the oscillating tank. In using the basket the unit will maintain reliability and sustain high efficiency levels.

INSERT TRAYS:
The tray reduces the sound wave action and is useful in situations where less intensity is required.

INJECTOR RACKS:
A small PVC rack that houses eight automotive petrol injectors at just the right depth for cleaning.

BEAKER HOLDER:
A useful aid to keep beakers away from the tank bottom and when baskets and trays are not suitable.

PLAUDIT CONCENTRATE:
Plaudit concentrate is an all-purpose truly universal water based emulsion cleaner. It is completely safe on skin, all metals, wood and painted surfaces and for removing grease and oil contamination.

ACID DETERGENT CONCENTRATE:
General purpose pickling agent and remover of tarnish oxide, heat treat scale, dried blood, milkstone and is used in conjunction with water to clean stained surgical instruments, Stainless steel, chrome, cadium, titanium, copper base alloy, steel parts and instruments, and prepaint finishing. Great for cleaning sugical instruments with the ultrasonic cleaner or removing salt and oxide buildup on dive equipment with a ultrasonic clean.

JEWELLERY CLEANER CONCENTRATE:
Jewellery cleaner concentrate is an ammoniated-based detergent cleaning medium that when mixed with water forms an ideal cleaning agent for water-soluble contaminants. These include buffing compounds, shop dirt, blood and animal and vegetable oils, inks, milk residues, chemical salts and food particles. To make your own  ultrasonic jewellery cleaning solution just use two parts dishwashing liquid to one part cloudy amonia. In the CD4820 ultrasonic cleaner you would use 15ml of this mix per 1.5 litres of water in the ultrasonic tank.

BRULIN 815 GD

Broad material compatibility, extensive industry approvals and recyclability. Produced in a safe formultion. ideal for ultrasonic cleaning of inc and inc cartrages. Recommended for removing grease and oil from part and instruments.

SAFEWASH CONCENTRATE

The benefits of safewash include excellent cleaning performance at room temperature, low odour, very low toxicity, and it continues to clean effectively over long time periods. Ideal to replace solvents in the cleaning of circuit boards with ultrasonics.
