All orders placed with Unisonics Australia are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Sale set out below:

1.0       Orders

1.1       Unisonics Australia reserves the right to accept or cancel any order at any time for any reason.

1.2       Freight will always be an additional cost to the purchase price.

 

2.0       Quotations

2.1       All quotations are valid for 30 days, unless stated otherwise.

2.2       All quotations are in AUD unless stated otherwise.

2.3       Only quotations that are supplied by Unisonics Australia will be accepted.

 

3.0       Pricing & payment

3.1       The prices on the Unisonics Australia website are subject to change without notice at any time.

3.2       Accepted payment via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, or Electronic Funds Transfer.

3.3       Unisonics Australia requires full payment prior to dispatch on all orders, unless a credit account has been approved.

3.4       If a credit account is approved, full payment is required within 30 days from E.O.M invoice date.

 

4.0       Availability of goods

4.1       Unisonics Australia reserves the right to discontinue any product without prior notice.

4.2       All stock availability can be confirmed by contacting Unisonics Australia.

 

5.0       Return of goods

5.1       The purchaser must notify Unisonics Australia of any fault or defect within 10 days of receipt of goods

5.2       There will be no refunds for an incorrect purchase or change of mind.

5.3       A credit can be accepted at full discretion by Unisonics Australia if the purchaser makes an incorrect purchase and the goods have not been used.

5.4       A full refund will be offered in the case of major defects and faults as per Australian Consumer Law

 

6.0       Warranty

6.1       The manufacturer of this machine, Unisonics Australia Pty. Ltd., warrants it to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service and the purchaser shall be entitled to the following consideration:

If any part or parts of the unit prove defective within twelve months of the date of installation in the original purchasers premises and if such part or parts are submitted or reported for inspection promptly to the manufacturer and in the event of a fault due to defective workmanship or material being found, the defective part or parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge. The cost of transportation both ways of the part or parts or even the unit itself, to the premises of the manufacturer is to be paid by the claimant.

6.2       At the discretion of the manufacturer, this warranty shall not apply to:

(a) Parts of proprietary manufacture supplied or incorporated in this machine, which are covered by their manufactures separate guarantee.

(b) Parts made defective through accident, incorrect voltage or current characteristics, alteration, misuse, neglect or wear and tear.

6.3       This warranty applies only to installations within the Commonwealth of Australia and its Territories.

6.4       Removal of the original serial numbers voids this warranty in its entirety.

6.5       The manufacturers decision shall be final and binding in respect to any claim or dispute arising out of a defect in any machine parts.

6.6       The manufacturer recognises no other warranty, expressed or implied by others.

 

7.0       Taxation

7.1       All prices stated exclude GST unless otherwise stated

 

8.0       Liability

8.1       Unisonics Australia takes no liability in respect to personal injury or death arising from incorrect use of the goods provided by Unisonics Australia.

8.2       The manufacturer will not be liable for any loss, damage or expense caused directly or indirectly by any fault developing in this machine or its accessories.

 

9.0       Privacy

This privacy policy sets out how Unisonics Australia Pty Ltd uses and protects any information that you give Unisonics Australia Pty Ltd when you use this website.
